We had our conservatory in Sept 2018. Yes, we had some issues but Paul was always on hand to sort things out. He visited regularly and checked things which was reassuring. Once the foundations were down everything seemed to go smoothly. My only quibble is that when I asked the fitter about bifold doors and he suggested measuring them while he was there so that he could get a quote I then got a phone call from Paul suggesting I was asking the fitter to do the job on the side. This had not even crossed my mind and i found that upsetting. The fitter measured as he was there anyway. Other than that we love our conservatory and they did do a good job so I recommend them and am giving them 5 stars. Pictures below (I probably should have tidied up for the photos but didn't have time!!)

Paul really friendly. No supersaleman attitude. Friendly good with advice. Practical attitude. Really happy with timescales, uses contractors for different stages but all great. Good communication and site was visited almost every day by Paul to oversee each stage. Really happy with result. We had conservatory and windows.
