We booked a table for our first year wedding anniversary and stated that we were bringing our dog, as saw they were advertised as dog friendly. When we got there we were told dogs are not allowed in restaurant area, only the bar where only a small selection of bar food / snacks were available. Waitress was very nice about it but I just wish they would’ve contacted us to let us know this before we travelled here for our anniversary meal. Just disappointing as we did state all the details on the booking.

Managed to get squeezed in at late notice which was very kind. Food was excellent and everyone in our party enjoyed their courses. The only drawback was the excessively loud music (I know it was Saturday night but still) meant it was impossible to hold any kind of conversation so as long as you're happy just to communicate via facial expressions you'll be fine.
