I took my 11 year old Dell laptop here, because I had read all the excellent reviews. I wasn’t disappointed! My laptop has come home gleaming. One of the shift keys had previously not worked and it does now. It isn’t anywhere near as hot when it’s running as it used to be. Because the work took so little time to complete (my laptop was surprisingly clean inside already) the lovely chap who had carried out the work wouldn’t charge me. I feel I owe it to the store to leave a review because it’s very rare to come across such wonderful and honest service these days! I am very grateful - thank you! 😊

Dropped my desktop in for a degunge after 5yrs in a dog occupied home. Despite being told it would take 24-48hrs got a msg the same day saying ready for collection. The machine was absolutely gleaming inside and out as if off the shelf, from what was no doubt a tedious couple of hours of cleaning up my (insert word for a lot of dirt). Thanks, same time next year ;)
