Friendly but very expensive and unpredictable pricing. Used them a couple of times, both times assured that most jobs are resolved within their initial 30 minute rate which is just short of £60 and both times after committing to that have found the works taken at least twice as long and ended up paying more than the viable replacement cost of the machine.
