I took a 'dead' laptop in here after having left it for 5 months with another store and no progress at all. I wasn't expecting much but I thought a 2nd opinion couldn't hurt. He simply removed the back, blew on the RAM chip and told me these sometimes fail cos of dust on the chip. He then restore to life my apparently dead laptop. Managed in five minutes what another shop had failed to achieve in 5 months. During that time I saw several locals pop in and be treated like friends, rather than customers. Top bloke.
