I had such a lovely experience getting my hair cut at The Company but after going back to get some layers done I was horrified at the customer service. I was taken upstairs to wait for the stylist. I was then taken to a chair which was right next to the stylist who had cut my hair a few days prior. I received no acknowledgement just a dull look even though I was sat next to her for 30 minutes waiting. Once the stylist came over to discuss why I had returned I was made to feel stupid for returning. I felt awful and regretted my choice and wanted to runaway and cry. I even blurred out an apology as I felt so belittled. After a few hacked layers I was out of there never to return. Service: Hairstyling
