honestly my first time going to get my hair done ever but oh my actually god charna is amazing love her so much got the biggest ego boost with my hair now she perfectly matched the roots with the ends of my hair because they were different colours and now i have one colour for the first time the service was great everyone’s lovely loved it and their water bottles are so cute with little love hearts on them if you don’t come here you’re silly x Services: Hair highlighting, Hair coloring

Hair dresser did not listen. I said i wanted it uniform and cut down to 1. She insisted on using scissors and the uniformity that i wanted is now lumpy. In the end she did use an auto trimer. She kept having to recut my hair because it was no where close to what i asked. The guy that did my beard was great though. Lastly the gowns dont do anything. I would have been better off leaving my coat on.

I had my hair blowdried and style by Alisha and she has done one the best styling jobs I’ve ever had! My hair is very long and VERY thick styles usually fall out immediately but worked wonders! She explained every step took her time and gave me all the aftercare advice to 1) ensure duration of the style and 2) best way to care for my hair I.e products and washing. Really happy with the result! The salon and all staff are also very welcoming and lovely! They managed to fit me in last min even though they were very busy and I am incredibly appreciative and grateful. Thank you very much and see you soon x Service: Hairstyling

Normally, I would give this place 5 stars, but today was a maddening disappointment! I re- booked an appointment online to today(Thursday) instead of Saturday ,due to other commitments. I confirmed today's appointment via text as I always have, received a confirmation email and then rang the salon-days ahead to cancel the Saturday appt(because I couldn't cancel the appt online). I clarified the change when I rang the salon and all was good until I show up today - a bit ahead of my scheduled time-only to be told I didn't have an appointment. I was told "the system"had cancelled both appointments! Despite your apologies, that's a pretty rubbish system you have and, frankly, makes the business look a bit incompetent. Oh yes, and yesterday was my birthday, which we are celebrating with friends at the weekend, so thought I would have a nice fresh style. Didn't happen! Not happy!
