Came here today for some lip filler and line treatments previously came for Botox was brilliant so decided to let Charlotte loose on the rest my face and absolutely thrilled with the results, before my lips were wonky and lumpy from a previous place and now are perfect I will visit her in future for fat dissolve and some other bits. She was gentle and wasn’t too much pain which I was surprised about as other places I have gone I’ve ended up in tears. Very good pricing good location with parking outside oh and sweets at the end. Was made to feel very welcome within the clinic also by the other girls who also do hair. See you soon Charlotte and thank you very much :-) Also like to add I do not do small lips bigger the better for me ha.

Wouldn’t recommend! Was asked if I can come in earlier which I did 40 mins i then had to wait around 30 mins anyways so was pointless coming in early. I then had to wait 15-20 mins for the hairdresser to mix some bleach. After the bleach was applied to my hair, I was left for 45 minutes unattended.Neither my hair nor I were checked during this process. Asked for a balayage but the blending of the colour to my hair is shocking, asked for ashy blonde but got more of warm blonde, even asked for my front piece to be lighter but nope they are the same colour. When washing my hair it was a quick wash not throughly done and half the time the water was in my ears and going hot and cold. Also got my hair styled wavey and it dropped it out within an hour, didn’t even bother putting any hairspray on. After the service was done, the hairdresser walked off no goodbye or see you again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Poor service won’t be going back. Service: Hairstyling

I am very upset with the result of my haircut at this salon and regret ever going there. They made mistakes which forced me to cut off so much hair after trying for years to grow it. The story is that I came in on Friday for a trim, at the end i was told by the girl it looked perfect so i went home happily. When I got home my husband said omg it's completely wonky (see first photo). I sent them the photo and asked them politely to either partially refund or fix it. The girl agreed to fix it on Monday even though communication was not easy (replying after many hours and no apology yet). On Monday she cut more off and then took a photo to show me immediately, I told her that it's still uneven based on the photo (which she now denies happened - but hasn't agreed to send me the photo she took of me so that says something). She then cut MORE off to fix it again and I went home happily thinking its fixed for good. My husband looks and says its not straight at all (see photo 2). This time I am really upset that my hair is that short and ill have to cut it AGAIN! I sent them this photo and said 'please can I get a partial refund as I need to redo it'. From here they got completely unprofessional and rude. The response was ' No you can't get a refund' (no apology still!!!) along with trying to convince me that it's a perfectly fine cut. Then I was contacted by the girl who actually cut my hair on Whatsapp telling me how she gave up her day off for me and she is a single mum etc etc... i'm a very understanding person but none of this makes up for my ruined hair!!! Basically, no ownership was taken and they made me out to be the bad one in the story somehow. Overall the communication has been very childish and immature. I would not recommend coming here for a cut.
