Useless!!!! Previously done an over phone consultation where I forwarded them photos and was told would get response 24 hours this was 9 months ago… then done a separate e-consultation and was told 24 hours response time this was over a week ago… every time I ring have to sit and listen to automated voice just for them to say call list is full. Would give no stars if I could.

Don’t bother ringing’ it’s always full, If you can afford to ‘ go private’ they almost drag you in the door’ Strange how the private practice are always available’ Must be MONEY 💰 👍

Could not believe it when the receptionist said the doctor had basically forgotten myself and one other patient were in the waiting room! And hour later and we are both still waiting!

Just don't go. I'm not going to bore you with my personal experience. Just please save your time, patience, and health by going somewhere else. You'd have better luck by going private or to a foreign country than here. The staff are overworked, understaffed, you name it. I don't think this is the fault of the staff members. Whoever is managing this practice is going to kill it. Once again, save your time, patience, and your health by going somewhere else. You will actually help the practice by not going to it, because they just can't cope.

Since the merger of 4 practices in Maidstone (which was handled terribly), you can never get in touch with the practice via phone. Merging 4 practices to one phone number with a poor phone provider and not enough staff to answer calls is insane. When going in to the practice the queue is always ridiculously long (assuming everyone is going in to try and speak to someone as they can't on the phone!) And getting an appt is near on impossible. This is putting patient's at risk, we have to fiddle e-consult just to get a phone call back from, well anyone. We have attempted contacting the practice via email as well but to no avail. We miss Albion and the amazing service we received there. I appreciate the situation general practice is in, but it is a sorry state of affairs when you can't get in touch with a clinician when you need them. Obviously pushing to privatise. Avoid this surgery at all costs.

As a housebound patient I have been unable to get any consultation from this practice - nor from the Albion Place Practice previously. It must be what? 8 years? 9? The only thing they do manage to do is mess up my repeat prescriptions by substituting medications for ones I have had anaphylatic reactions to previously. Then you have to try to get through to someone ( not easy ) who is generally unpleasant in nature, claims they have no records of allergies ( again ), and simply wants to argue over everything instead of quietly and competently fixing the issue. Honest to God - find another practice if you can. If you are thinking of signing up for this group of practices - don't. The stress is unbearable.
