I take my dog here every 6 weeks for clipping etc They are always pleasant and actually listen to my requirements Most important of all my dog has no problem trotting off, unlike one independent groomer where he was reluctant to go in,no wonder,I turned up early and she was red in the face screaming at him Here the aporentices are closely supervised, and because it's a school you are charged accordingly Would recommend this place for any dog..first class
