Sad to have to write this review as the staff could not have been more helpful and was so polite when I booked late and arrived late. But the room has got to of been one of the worst I have stayed in ever. Bathroom blind covered in mould Rusty shower curtain holder ( I didn’t shower there as just could bare to get in ) Toe nails next to bed Stains everywhere Fridge broken Spider and webs everywhere Floors filthy, ( kept my socks on all night) Pillows non existent Kitchen seals were black and mouldy Stinking bed behind cupboard Blinds fall down Bed sunken to one side Skirting boards filthy Dust on every work top and cupboard top This hotel needs some serious attention and funding to bring it back to a basic standard. If I knew this was the room we would be presented with I would of declined. However there was no other availability so it was either this or the car. I will be contacting for a refund in due course

DON'T STAY HERE THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE . Room was dirty carpet was dirty the tiled floor look like it hadn't been cleaned since the day it was layed fold up bed was broken the room was stinking of smoke it affected son's asthma the towel in the bathroom had dirty hand prints on it the the mirror and windows were dirty. I payed £105 for a family room that we didn't use when I phoned bev for refund was told to contact the next day then told she wasn't given me a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST EVEN IF IT'S A LAST RESORT IT'S NOT WORTH RISKING YOUR HEALTH . IN A NUTSHELL THIS PLACE IS A S×%T HOLE

I wouldn’t say this is a hotel. Pub downstairs with some rooms upstairs. Dirty carpet, sour milk and drunks hanging around entrance and rooms. We decided not to stay as didn’t feel safe enough contacted owner/manager and she advised she would refund half payment so we accepted as we just wanted out the place. Still haven’t been refunded and the manager is now ignoring my txt messages. Steer clear!
