    How did I not know The Coconut Tree was a chain?! Having only visited the Cheltenham branch (pun intended), the Cardiff restaurant did not disappoint! I had to go for the vegan kotthu again 😍 and I tried the vegan hopper as well! A bit too spicy for me but definitely worth a try. Next time I’ll ensure I’m not the designated driver so I can try more of their cocktails!
