Every member of staff has been helpful, kind and considerate and gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. The only thing that could have made the day better would be to have warmer water...but even you guys can't control that. Thank you again to each and every one of you...especially the young man on the paddle board who helped our two younger members get back to shore. Absolutely brilliant day and we will be back....when we've warmed up 😊

If it was more safe it would be fantastic, not fully confident about the safety of the place, gents toilets without running water, all of the 4 sanitiser dispensers I tried empty. Jumping into the water off a ledge is a concern, especially when geese are swimming around and even walking around the tables by the water.

I went yesterday to take my little pooch for a nice walk. Can't fault the place itself. However we were sat waiting for food on the benches located next to the bar. A Frenchie came wandering from behind the bar and approached my dog. My dog was on a lead just sat there when the Frenchie approached my dog, had a sniff at him and proceeded to bite his face. When I went into the bar to tell them what had happened I was told by the bar staff yes I know we have just seen. There was no sorry no nothing, this dog is then continued to be allowed to roam free without a lead.
