After making an error on booking a room at this hotel 6 months in advance i tried on numerous occasions by email and phone to try and amend the booking but was meet with silence no response via email or phone the hotel was quick to take my money, the customer service is appalling would not recommend this hotel having to give a 1 star as can't give a zero star review more interested in taking customers money rather than providing a good service

For the price I expected basic but clean but unfortunately there was dust on bed, finger marks on door, shower had got soap from previous users on the tiles, tables next to beds had sticky dirty patches on them, cobwebs everywhere, cold tap loose, the bin lid was hanging off and there was only one tea bag between the two of us, really disappointing
