The staff at Titchfield Co-op are usually lovely and friendly but sadly today a Scottish man, who I had never dealt with before was so rude. After telling me to put bacon in some rolls I bought, I explained I was vegetarian he went in to say "that's why you're moody"! He needs to go on a customer care course.

With short stay parking up to 30 minutes directly outside, this provides the small essentials that are always needed at the last minute. Cheerful and helpful, the staff are part of the village fabric, without whom the place would not be quite as nice as it is. Titchfield is the envy of many who pass through as an idyllic retreat.

We take our local stores for granted but I think this Co op has done so well during the last eighteen months that it is worth taking a minute to give them a review. The store has remained well stocked throughout and the staff have been amazing. Always cheerful and willing to help.

Just moved in to the Village, exhausted after a few days of box shifting etc and needed some provisions. Tela was the Duty Manager and I have to say she was lovely, helped me sort some stuff out and welcomed us to the village. A really nice experience. Thankyou
