Severely disappointed with the experience in an already difficult time. Promised so much but delivered so little. When you are told that "I will be there from the start to the end of your dad's funeral" and that day arrives and you know no one at all because he was moved to a different location. Disgraceful to send people to your door that you have never met before to conduct the funeral. This really upset my mum and I was angry especially as I had my husbands funeral 6 months previous, performed with the utmost respect and dignity. I could say more but just find it too upsetting. Would never recommend, ever, the caring lady does not do what it suggests.
