I needed a dress fitting with a corset lace back as it was to tight to zip, I am so impressed with the alteration , i dropped the dress in and it was ready the following day , great job, speedy service,reasonable price and lovely ladies in the shop , highly recommend this shop and will be using them from now on for all my repairs or alterations

I took a Joules jacket in for the sleeves to be shortened, the lady on the first ocassion was quite abrupt and unfriendly. It took a further two visits to the shop to get the sleeve stitching straight and even and I was refunded the money I had originally paid which was £20 for my inconvenience which I thought was excellent customer service. I have had a pair of jeans and leggings shortened but to be honest the stitching isn't straight and there a a couple of blobs of extra cotton within the stitching which looks like the needle has gone over the area twice. I did not return to complain and I will not be returning. My thoughts are that the sewing is rushed and therefore a good job isn't done.

Took some pants in for alteration on bottom, wore them, put them in washer, dried on clothes horse and they'd shrunk. Took them back they said come back in 10 minutes anyhow I did, 10 minutes before they was due to close.. Theyd shut shop and gone home. Left me with no black pants for tonight!!!!
