I took my mum and dads Smiths wedding clock of 1954 to Chris for a full repair and refurbishment after trying other so called other specialists, which ok does not have a high in terms of monetary value, but has in sentimental value, and while it took a little while to do, the result was absolutely fantastic and well worth the wait and cost, because if you want the job done properly then you have to be patient. Very helpful and an excellent business and highly recommended if you have any time piece of real value that you can trust to be done well. Thanks Chris. Glenn Sherwood.

Awful Service, this repairer has had my watch for thirteen months since January 2022 for a service and repair. The owner has sited many issues why he has not returned my £2500 Tag. No spares, failed repair, covid, long covid etc etc. Instead of sub-contracting this work out as I suggested he simply fails to communicate. This is a real shame as he is a nice guy but I have had to request he return my property, he has failed to respond to this also, I now have to make a claim against him for keeping my property against my strict instructions to return it! Unbeievable.

An 1800s French Clock was restarted and set up by the professional knowledgable owner having not worked for years. Nothing was too much trouble; he also detailed how to look after the clock, wind up the correct way ( unusually anti clockwise), alter the speed. Excellent service, honest assessment that no service required, and no charge for his time
