Steve did a wonderful job sorting out a Vienna Regulator clock for me. He has two business. One in America and one in UK. You need to catch him when he is back in England. COVID travel restrictions may have messed this up.

Steve repaired an old family clock 18 months ago. It was very temperamental and stopped completely last summer. Since then we’ve been unable to contact him and he doesn’t reply to messages. Would have initially recommended but not now. A complete waste of money.

Steve did a great job on restoring and repairing my carriage clock about a year ago. After 3 months the clock started losing time again and Steve took it back to check it over at no extra charge. Since this re-inspection the clock still does not keep good time and Steve does not respond to my calls or emails. I don't understand this attitude. I will willingly pay someone to do the correct repair but it is not professional to ignore customers rather than admit you do not have the skills to do the job.
