My wife had a very bad experience with these guys. Lack any ethical values and are running on a purely 'make as much money as possible' basis! They push and sell you overpriced procedures and promise that you can get a refund within 7 days. But as soon as they have your money, they invoke some nonsense clause saying they purchased perishable products just for you, so decline the refund. And of course the £20 consultation fee! The staff are rude and seem very inexperienced, as I said already, out to get as much money as possible!

My experience with this clinic has been amazing, the clinic is very clean and all of the staff are very professional, all friendly and always happy to help, Mya especially made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and has really helped with my nerves and making my session as relaxed as possible.
