I have been going for accupuncture with Kay for over 3 years. Initially to relieve endometriosis pain, back pain & fertility issues. I have suffered since I was 15 (I’m now 41) I noticed very quickly my pain easing & I began having lighter more regular periods, sleeping better & my anxiety improving. I also took her advice on foods to avoid & which supplements to take. I caught covid in Nov 21 and was so poorly for 3 weeks, unable to get out of bed. Once I could, I went to see Kay thinking I’d never fully recover, I couldn’t take deep breaths or get up the stairs, but after 1 session I turned a huge huge corner, I continued to rest & after a second session I was back at work part time. I went weekly & within 4 weeks my breathing was back to normal. After 3 years of trying for a baby I became pregnant naturally after a short time of having accupuncture. Sadly, I lost the baby at 6 weeks, but through accupuncture Kay had already suspected something deeper was going on, so I went to the gp for certain blood tests and I found out I was miscarrying due to a blood condition which was causing inflammation in my body & blood clots. I continued with accupuncture reducing the inflammation and in August of last year I became pregnant with our miracle baby. Kay saw me weekly, each time after a session she would listen to my pulse reassuring me baby was fine & could tell the sex of baby as soon as 6 weeks pregnant! I gave birth almost 3 weeks ago to a beautiful baby girl and I know for certain that without Kay’s knowledge, understanding, commitment & support I would not have had the healthy pregnancy, birth & beautiful baby I have. She is now helping me recover from a section through accupuncture. I had an infection in my scar, Kay did needle points in that area and the infection has just cleared. In the 3 years of going to see Kay, I now class her as one of my closest friends. This is not just a job to Kay, her compassion & kindness to helping others such as myself are shown through her commitment & dedication to helping you get the results you want. Accupuncture, for me has become a part of my life. It has improved my quality of life, my anxiety and helped complete my family. Kay Lam, Acupuncturist Extraordinaire! uses her superb and amazing needling skills to help keep my Mother well. She treats my Mother like her own Mother, even before the treatment starts she makes you feel healed as she cares so deeply about her patients. My Mother feels like a Million dollars under her care with her pains, tinnitus & digestion issues substantially improved and reduced. Apart from the acupuncture side she has vast amounts of knowledge on nutrition and supplements and she imparts this with a kind down to earth manner. The Lamberts range of supplements are brilliant, my Mother uses them regularly to help keep digestion issues at bay. Even though their is a language barrier(my Mum is Pakistani, can(mostly) understand but is not fluent in speaking the english language, with Kay she has no problem, Kay talks direct from Heart to Heart. We've experienced other acupuncturist but Kay is on another level entirely! My Mother worries & prays for Kay like her own daughter and Since finding Kay we never feel despondent about a health concern.

Having never tried acupuncture before I went along to my first appointment with a very open mind. Even after my first consultation and treatment Kay advised me to change my diet. I found that I had some quite instant results positively affecting both my headaches and migraines as well as my daily life. Prior to my treatments I was suffering extreme fatigue, digestive problems and depression. I would highly recommend Kay, I'm now three months in and have never felt better both physically and mentally. I had been suffering with food allergies for the last nine months. Kay immediately understood the problem and after seeing kay for only a few weeks I am now feeling more myself and not having to take antihistamines daily to stop the reaction I was having to foods. Started going to see Kay in September 2020. She is very warm and welcoming. Her practice is clean and tidy. She adhere to Covid regulations. I went to her for spinal pain after having surgery in 2016 and many session at physiotherapy and still suffering with pain after a months of session's but after around 10 sessions with Kay the pain was going away then I fell down a flight of stairs and ended up with a hematoma on my hip which Kay has successfully reduced down and the pain in my hip and back are so much more improved.
