Went for a friend's birthday went in for food was told as we hadn't booked would be unable to have a roast that was fine sat down got a drink and menu a group of about 8'-10 arrived all ordered roasts the young man serving them asked them if they had booked as they might not be able to have roasts .they advised they hadn't booked, and he went to speak to the manager who was sat in the dining area eating his roast .the manager said it was OK for them all to have roasts ..we waited another 20 minutes and still didn't have our order taken yet the large part behind who came in about 10 mins behind us had ordered and had their food served .ended up walking out and still had to pay for our drinks .. would have been fine if the people behind us did not get a roast but the service was shocking and the manager needs lessons in hospitality

Excellent food and service. Prices good. Lots of diversity in beers and other drinks. Mostly wheel chair accessible. Outdoor heated and indoor areas. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Lots of parking and accessible from many roads or routes. Staff friendly. Vegetarian options on menu. My dinner was excellent and everyone with me were very happy. I didn't take photos of food it's a bit old. I'm sure there are photos on the business website.

A shining star in Chandlers Ford. A family pub with amazing food and knowledgeable, friendly staff and managers. The place can get very busy with the special attractions they put on for children but you're guaranteed a smile and fabulous service regardless. The food is freshly made on site and is always delicious and filling. I can recommend this boozer for a casual drink, an afternoon out with the kids or a sit-down meal. It suits every occasion perfectly.
