For a total of $512 for a single night (Thursday) the value just wasn't there. Great location and the staff was excellent. The bathroom is ridiculously small and badly laid out. The toilet was tiny and poorly positioned between the wall and sink requiring contortion to finish your business. The shower drained so slowly that it leaked onto the floor. Room was surprisingly small for the price. But it's all about the location. Would stay again for a smaller rate.

Stayed four night here. (Suite) Unfortunately, first 2 night, our room is next to gym, and it is noisy in the morning. After complian about it, manager help us change to big suite, and it is great! Comfortable living room and bathroom. Also, every food and drink in mini bar is free Wifi is kind of unstable Special thanks to Roy, very kind and helpful to our questions.

Busy place. Older style with a refreshed feel. We stayed 2 nights, lots to see around the area. Busy night life, train station is close, lifts are a bit confusing to get to the winged rooms. Door to room was, in my opinion hinged backwards, room felt small, beds were very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. We did not go to the restaurant, but enjoyed getting out.

I had previously stayed at this hotel in 2018 when it was the Grosvenor and prior to renovations. I was hesitant to return after not enjoying my stay, however I am glad I did. Location of the hotel is hard to beat as there is direct entry from inside Victoria station (though if you do not have a key card yet you must walk outside to the front entrance). The hotel lobby is beautiful and staff were always available to assist. The two singles room was quite large from the perspective of an American traveler, knowing that rooms in London are typically on the smaller side. The room itself was decorated pretty minimally but nicer than prior to renovations. The shower was nice however the toilet was in a tight nook, which wasn’t always comfortable. My stay was during some cooler days so I wasn’t able to fully test the AC capabilities, but it did appear to work well in March and allow adjustments on the thermostat. We did not enjoy the restaurant located off the lobby, so would recommend walking/traveling elsewhere for meals. The food was not particularly good and the service was extremely slow. Our meal took close to an hour to be delivered after ordering and then we could never find anyone for our dessert or check nearly 40 minutes after completing our meal. Overall I would recommend the hotel for the beds and location.
