This venue does not even deserve a 1 star. It took numerous attempts to even get through to the venue staff. When I finally managed to get a response from the venue, we arranged to visit the venue. I then drove all the way down to the marquee which was a 37 minute drive from my house and I waited for 30 minutes outside the venue, for no one to show up to even show me the marquee. I wasted my time travelling there. I tried to call the venue staff and even message them multiple times, till now I’ve heard no response. Absolutely disgraceful, the service is diabolical. Definitely would not recommend this venue, plenty of better options out there.

Had my wedding here recently. Do not book this place. And if you did, get your money back ASAP!! First of all, the weather was 27 degrees. They had no AC nor enough fans to keep the venue at a considerable temperature. Everyone complained about how hot it was, myself and my bride included. People were creating makeshift fans due to the heat. I asked the events manager for more fans yet he refused saying he doesnt have any. He should've checked the weather and prepared in advance. It was so hot that the wedding cake started to melt and slightly toppled over. Second, the bathrooms weren't in great condition as they were only portacabin bathrooms. I asked the venue about this afterwards and he said that there were toilets in the main building. Thing is, no one told us about the toilets in the main building so no one knew. Third, the venue owner said we could use the building connected to the marquees but failed to mention that there is only a room for the bride and nothing for the groom. Therefore I had to get ready outside. One of the guard dogs came into the venue. It was a pitbull type dog. A guest had to tell the dog to leave. Very scary for the younger guests. There was no electricity on the day as the council did some work to the powering so the venue thankfully provided generators. However, they didn't provide enough sockets for my wedding entertainment. The venue told my wife about this weeks ago and she gave the wedding entertainment's number to the venue owner. Yet the venue owner didn't inform the wedding entertainment about the generators. It was only when I messaged the venue owner the day before the wedding when he called the wedding entertainment guy to tell him about the generators. In the end there wasn't enough sockets provided thus the wedding entertainment guy was unable to provide all the entertainment I paid for. The owner of the venue had enough time to prepare for this but failed.
