The taster session for 2 was a present to me. I have to agree with earlier reviews that communication was not good: minimal greeting on arrival, similar minimal instruction on what to make and the processes to get there, plus the tutor made herself a cup of tea mid session and proceeded to drink it! Yes, 6/8 weeks before we can pick up finished pieces. A shame, as other sessions are available and it did not inspire you to book more.

I booked a clay day for my boyfriend's birthday. I haven't received a booking confirmation or any further information. I have tried sending an email through the website, sending a message on instagram and phoning (it just goes through to voicemail). It's now a week before his birthday, and I still don't have confirmation and now need to get him an alternative present at the last minute. Feel like I have been scammed at this point. Really terrible customer service.

We're really pleased with the pots we made at your open day in April and which you kindly glazed for us. Thanks so much. It was a great experience and a lovely venue.

Lack of communication and customer service terrible.Myself and my daughter went to a pottery class April 17th 2022 and had a good day,we both made 2 - 3 items each which we paid for (use of clay) and was informed it would take 4-6 weeks until ready for collection,it is now June 13th and we have heard nothing despite me sending emails and leaving messages on the phone.Nobody has returned calls/messages. Shame as this has ruined our experience and we wouldn’t recommend now to others.
