You need to book via Facebook, their online page or phone number. This is our 2nd time here and its just so nice! Parking is easy. With loads of space, even if your using an adapted/ wheelchair car. It's on the ground floor with space to fit a wheelchair through 😀 Staff are so friendly, you walk in and are greeted warmly. Your sat down and everything is ready, options to use acrylic or fire paint for a shinier finish, we always go for shinier finish. Acrylic is instant take home and fire is a week, call to check. There's a wall of shelves with different options to paint. Each time we've been they're different. I chose a mermaid mug for my niece and my friend did a ladybug container. There'd soft music, your served tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate - the food is snacks, like crisps and sweets. Just an amazing experience, were going to go again 😀 thank you

I’ve just been a couple of times so far and have loved it. The second time we booked afternoon tea and it was wonderful, well laid out, all home cooked cakes etc and very good value for money, one of our party is gluten intolerant and as much care was made for her tea as ours, thoroughly enjoyable and I a recommending it to everyone
