    AVOID AVOID AVOID. That was my worst customer service in the UK. I wanted to return an item I’m not satisfied with after one week and they literally ‘kicked me out’ of the store. You can’t believe how they were arrogant, accusatory, rude and annoying. I don’t understand how that kind of business can survive. I don't think anyone would want to deal with such people. ** Please see my answer to the owner’s response below: I would be obliged if you shared with me footage from the moment I entered your store until the moment I left. As you mention my tone, I would appreciate the opportunity to review the same, as well as the tone and conduct of your staff, in order to ascertain what further action or legal recourse you (or indeed I) may take as a result of the interaction in your store. Given you specifically reference my manner and propose that you can prove my wrongdoing in my recent (dreadful) attendance at your store, I assume your footage has audio recording. Please reply to this comment affirming that you are able to do the above, and I will email your company address in order for you to share the footage. Many thanks in advance for your compliance with this request, before you “take this further”, whatever that may mean.

    Would never normally leave a bad review, but felt implored to here. Other negative reviews still hold true on poor customer service. Incredibly arrogant and rude. Wish I had listened. Just read down the reviews list to see their argumentative replies and attempts to intimidate people into removing negative reviews. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

    AVOID!!! Selling a test or an ex-display item as brand-new. The adaptor has obviously been used. When I asked to see the condition of another one, the staff laughed “are u going to buy it?” It was a 129 adapter and they didn’t even want to show it before you buy. Worst service experienced among London’s camera shops!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The reply is lying! And please have a look at other negative feedbacks to see who deserves the word RUDE!!! LONDON CAMERA EXCHANGE 4.5 PARK CAMERAS 4.3 CAMERA WORLD 4.2 APERTURE PHOTOGRAPHIC 4.4 RICHARD CAPLAN 4.0 I NEVER asked for a discount. Did I say the word discount or cheaper? Did I ask for a secondhand? POOR excuses. I should let the other customer in the shop see the adaptor. Let him judge whether it was new or not. You just CANNOT sell a demo as new! Your younger staff at last admitted it had been "tried" (though not many times), right??? Be honest! Just don't lie, OK?
