Sent email to make an appointment and was given an unhelpful reply. Walked into Hertford a few days later and was received politely at another hairdresser's who gave me an excellent haircut, wash and beard trim for a very fair price

For £20 I expect at the bare minimum an above average haircut. I got a terrible trim. Didn't get offered a coffee, had to keep asking what she was doing as it was nothing like what I asked, had to ask her to style it at the end and she expected me to just walk out with a full head of wet hair. Honestly received better haircuts for less than a tenner - won't be returning
