I just find it funny that all negative reviews attesting to the awful customer service are met with “we went through our records and we have no dealings with you” from the owner. He really thinks this excuse will fly more than once? Hilarious. Plus one of these reviews states a Jim was rude - at the time of that review there were 2 Jims working there! This company is a joke. Stay away from it.

As a previous employee of this company I cannot recommend it at all. Unhygienic and unprofessional practices, one of my colleagues would literally scratch her back with the product, multiple breaches of health and safety regulations and a general lack of quality control, Throughout my time working here there has been a general “the customer is always wrong” attitude and if you get a defective product you may well be met with a very uncooperative response, at times even blaming the customer for the defect. Ignorant attitudes from staff and owner and generally unprofessional. Please feel free to pm me on this as I have documentation proving health and safety breaches.

Bought my first Clarke more than ten years ago. I always manage to lose them while moving and so end up replacing them. Have never even considered a different brand. The most enduring enjoyment you can get for $11 without a doubt. I’ve never had to contact them with an issue so can’t speak to that aspect but they fulfill orders quickly and the whistles keep going for years and years
