An excellent lunch, carefully prepared from fine quality produce by a team who care what they are doing. After eating out almost daily over the previous two weeks, it was a pleasure to end our holiday with this meal. Sadly, the huge majority of restaurant owners either don’t appreciate good food and drink or choose not to provide it for their customers. It was a pleasure to visit a traditional pub that aims to do things properly.
