Architecturally imposing, its at the centre of local government. Also of the cultural centre part with library and sea city museum. I went to observe the local election votes being counted on May 5 - 2022 red letter day!

Only visited for a couple of hours; however, I found it stunning. It's nicely located on the main junction. Parking here in evening after 6pm is free, which is 👏. Just next to this beautiful building, shopping centre, take aways and restaurants are located.
