We ate here for Valentine’s Day. We came for the chef having previously eaten his food at a pub which had recently closed. We were not disappointed and the food was sublime. We will be back for another one for sure.

Since the opening of The Cider Works in the summer of 2021, we have been there on numerous occasions, enjoying wonderful event nights, of George Michael, Elvis, and Abba, to name just a few. All of these events were fantastic fun, with a great atmosphere, amazing food, along with welcoming and happy staff. Our enjoyment of these evenings were so good, we decided to hold my mother's 80th birthday party here as well. Jodie and her team were brilliant and very accommodating. They organised everything including a quality buffet, music, decorations, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food here is freshly prepared by the amazing chef, who is uber talented. He makes everything in house, with locally sourced fresh produce, making his food some of the best we have had. Whether you are going for lunch, dining in the evening or having a Sunday roast, the quality remains superb and your taste buds will be left tingling. We highly recommend this venue for events, parties, weddings or a superb meal in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We booked in for lunch here and had one of the best dining experienced we have had for a long time. The food was fresh, high quality, cooked with care and hit the right price point. Combine this with beautiful surroundings and you have a restaurant and pub that is a must to visit. I would recommend you give this place a try, you will end up being a regular visitor.
