    This is the fourth time I have stayed at this place. Every time I feel at ease and comfortable, the room layout is large, spacious and bright, and the bed is very reassuring to lie on. The front desk staff is really helpful and asks each and every person passing by if they need help. This place is really nice.

    I was here for business and found the place to be very homely. It's very well connected, has decently-sized rooms and equipped with fairly recent equipment. It is frequently cleaned by professional staff... I did spot the occasional silverfish but. Boo :( They have a full gym in the basement but can get crammed easily. Special shout out to the warm ladies at the front desk, Sam and Mirella and the unmissable quirky decor in the hall and the elevator ;)

About a quarter of an hour and 20 minutes walk from the center. There were cafes nearby and some writers. The room itself is large and with a fully equipped kitchenette. A little bit biased that the shower only had an upper marker fixed to the wall and no one with a hose. In addition, the bathroom has a closing sliding door that does not really close and certainly does not block noises (: The service from all the receptionists was great. Only frustration at checkin was the insistence that I show the credit card used to book the room. But it was a corporate centrally booked room, so I didn't have the card. My admin had to talk to them on the phone for 20 minutes to sort it out. A bizarre, mystifying waste of time for a corporate apartment company to foist on guests.

    Safety: Reception is manned 24/7 with keycard access required in the evening and when staff have to leave the desk unattended. Keycards are also required to use the lift for a extra security. Noteworthy details: The room was set up well to work from. There was a reasonably sized console table to work at, a desk lamp and reliable wifi.
