Where do I even begin? These people are incredible, every single one of them.. They made the worst time of our lives much easier. The confidence, care and compassion from all staff was outstanding, nothing was ever to much trouble for them. Everything was explained throughly, any questions we had while at home we would call and leave a message and always have a response the same day. I will be forever grateful for everything they did for us, not only the cancer but also understanding his mental health and making allowances for me to stay on the ward whilst he had his surgery. I obviously hope we never have to fight cancer again but if we do I know we will be in safe hands under the care of The Christie and the most amazing staff I have ever met.

Terrible hospital. My relative was an inpatient here on ward 12. The nurses were so uncaring and their mistakes caused me to lose my relative. Their EOL care was also woeful. The complaints response was also a disgrace. I just hope they none of my family ever have to be treated here in the future.
