This is an obvious mecca for hifi enthusiasts. I randomly visited with some chord cables to check authenticity on some and a service on my speaker cables. I also had some questions re a humming noise and everyone got involved with the MD finishing it all off. What a bunch of legends. I'm sure they'd prefer an appointment to be made but non the less they do what they can. Note this company do not sell to the public, I've just made a large order through FutureShop. Chord Company is one of those companies that do everything the right way and with honourable etiquette. It's one of the few companies in the world that I wish I could say that I worked at.
