I give 1 star as I never got to meet the Dr. I feel really ill with major fluid retention. I had an app for 2pm Sat. I arrived bang on time. The door has a bell so Dr must have heard this. 16mins later we sat listening to him in the back of the shop having what appeared to be a private call. Plenty of laughter. Due to excess fluid build my sitting in an upright chair is very uncomfortable.After 16 mins wait I counted to 100 then we left. Very soon after leaving he rang me. Obviously heard us leave. I ingnored his call but sent text explaining exactly why I had left. 0/5 customer service in my experience. For me an initially contact with a practioner is vital to build confidence is major component. Had he been dealing with another patient would have been good with me. Moral here do not ignore customers This is so disappointing for me as I am desparate for help. Gail Turner

I have visited the clinic due to heart palpitations and insomnia. Doctor there very carefully examined me, much more in detail than my GP ever did. Following an examination and history taking he has established a plan of action and recommended the treatment. I had an acupuncture treatment, which caused almost instant relief and a massage, which was slightly painful but I believe that it will be helpful in the long run. I was also prescribed traditional Chinese medicine and left with some good advice. Really great service and good value too if you buy 5 sessions together. Thank you, Doctor!
