The best part about this hotel was the location. I was arriving super early after a flight from overseas. I emailed and messaged the reservation and reception staff multiple times asking for an early check in. Zero response!! So I was left to try my luck on the day. They were only able to give me a room in the basement. I’m pretty sure this was a downgraded room from the one I paid $480 AUD for! The widow looked out onto a disgusting courtyard full of rubbish and it was gross. Had I not be staying there for one night only, I would’ve immediately left this room. The room itself was clean. It was a Club Double. It was big enough but tiny bathroom. All in all, ok for one night! Rooms: Don’t stay in the basement!!!

Rooms: Clean and tidy and modern Nearby activities: Plenty of bars, shops, restaurants nearby Walkability: Close to Paddington stations Food & drinks: Breakfast coffee very weak. Fruit had an aftertaste. Hot food was cold. Disappointing really. Wasn't taken to a seat, just ushered in.

And you should reconsider working with the Shackle app, as it has no advantage whatsoever, but you still have to deposit £20.00. Let's see when I get it again, after that the app will be deleted. But the biggest plus point is the connection to London. (Original) Für eine kurze Pause auf dem Weg zu Airport Perfekt. Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich etwas klein und beim öffnen des Koffers war ein durchkommen zum Badezimmer fast nicht möglich. Trotz allem machte es einen sehr sauberen und modernen Eindruck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Leider machte die Hotelbar bereits um 23:00 zu das ist etwas schade. Und die Zusammenarbeit mit der App Shackle sollte man nochmal überdenken, da sie keinerlei Vorteil hat, aber man trotzdem 20,00 Pfund deposit hinterlegen muss. Mal schauen wann ich sie wieder bekommen, danach wird die app gelöscht. Aber der größte Pluspunkt ist halt die Anbindung nach London.

We had special occasion with my family and wanted to have great time. Unfortunately the staff was very rude! They spoke their language all the time and make us feel uncomfortable. The food arrived very late and cold. Wasn't tasty at all. We witnessed a man shouting on a couple which clearly had a reservation. Was very ugly behaviour from their side. The couple left very embarrassed and upset. The staff need more training and someone to explain how customer service works. I don't recommend this place for special occasions!
