Slightly strange place. Doesn't look like anything special from the outside but it's ok once you get inside. Parking isn't obvious. There are about five or six spaces at the front - lots more to the rear but not clear where. Have to park in bays marked "FH" to avoid getting a ticket. Reception area is a bit dated. Free tea and coffee facilities but the cups are tiny! I believe it is closing in six weeks time anyway...

Very upsetting for an ultrasound. Have never in my life been spoken to like I was yesterday evening by the man who did it. Telling me what to do , not asking, harsh tone of voice and stroppy. It felt like i was an inconvenience . He had no compassion for me in trying to locate the place where the issue was , demanding from my face down position to stand up, lay down, stand up again, lay down. I've seen animals In a vet treated with more respect . The assistant didn't help much either , no help to wipe off the gel from a hard to reach spot, glad my daughter was in there to help me. Glad I'm not a private patient paying for this service. Next time I think I will stick to NHS facility . They were wonderful last time I went . Even started dictating notes before I had left the room. No goodbye. Left feeling quite shocked and upset.
