    Poor customer service over the phone. On the two occasions I phoned for a stock check, I could not be given an accurate answer before I risked ordering more than they had online. When I decided I would take the risk, they then limited the number of bottles of port I could buy to 5 from the 12 I wanted, then before I could order, they immediately raised the price by £25 per bottle on their online shop quoting that "they had not updated their prices since the start of the pandemic". Needless to say I got what I wanted elsewhere. Would not consider this company again.

    From start to finish my experience with Cheese Hub had been 10/10. My request was not straight forward as I needed a large Brie to form the bottom tier on my daughter’s wedding cake and yet Ray could not have been more helpful with his advice and assistance. Cheese arrived today promptly as promised and we can’t wait to tuck in with our guests. I will definitely be back!
