Excellent shop with beautiful furniture. I have spent hours and days in the store browsing and buying. Extremely helpful staff, Gary was always friendly and informative about all of the items and advised me on which to choose for my home. All the staff are super! Have fully furnished my home with goods from this hidden gem of a shop. Looking forward to spending many more happy hours there soon.

The people who run the charity store are such incredible people I was really struggling to change my sons nappy as he had recently a week before the changing table was purchased had a harness put on. I went into the charity aid store to see if I could find one but did not have a great deal of money due to moving that weekend. The staff went above and beyond to help us I couldn’t afford the one that we saw and they reduced the price to help me the changing table has helped considerably :) if i could give the charity aid store more stars I certainly would.

Been using this charity shop for a very long time, Gary one of the staff members in the building is a very pleasant easy to speak to. He Is a man who's always willing to help if he doesn't have one of the products I'm after he will keep a eye out or recommend a good alternative. He is an amazing guy and credit to the charity. I will continue to shop here for the length of time he is there much nicer than some of the other people I have come in to contact with in the premises.
