I been going to Chapel medical centre for 5+years and haven't had any problems until now. I had a doctor who seemed really friendly and spoke for 15 minutes about my condition. when I signed the feedback form he gave me next time I went he didn't really bother about the condition I have. I also had another doctor who misdiagnosed me so when I had a 2nd opinion I had to get treatment straightaway. appointments are difficult to book and the receptionist can be rude.

I came to see the nurse for a routine appointment which I always dread. My appointment was booked with Kul who immediately put me at ease. She explained everything that would happen and what would happen afterwards. I honestly have never had a more pleasant experience. She is so good at her job and I hope future appointments can be made with her. Thank you for everything Kul.

I was previously a member of a different practise. However after they changed their system to only release appointments on the day at 8am, which is extremely impractical for a very many reasons that hopefully don't need explaining... I decided to change to this centre, as it was impossible to to get an appointment with my previous one. I was very happy with this practise for many months, as the staff and service are both brilliant, however unfortunately it would appear that they have also changed their system to be the same one now, where your only chance of possibly getting a GP appointment is to call at 8am (with everyone else doing the same I'm sure)... and being forced to gamble whether or not any slots are available that day! Its a real shame because I would've previously rated the practise an easy 5 stars! I also tried using the patient access but it didn't seem to work for me, despite being linked on their website. Maybe that is my own fault however.

It was raining heavily and I was late for my appointment by 11 min . Receptionist (guy) was sitting said porta( nurse ) is not going to see you as you are more than 10 min late . I said it is raining heavily and I was walking from my home to hospital but they did not listen and booked another appointment after 12 days. I could see only two people were waiting in the waiting area . But they did not listen.
