I wasn’t even coming into the chancery I was in for the council. The lady working today 27th March is the worst when it comes to customer service. She needs to watch her tone and try to be a little more friendly to people. Honestly, her tone and the way she spoke were utterly disgusting and the fact that the first comment that came up when I checked your reviews describes someone as an “awful reception lady” says enough. She made me feel embarrassed in front of people. To staff members, she seems lovely, but to people with enquiries she’s nasty. You can’t pick and choose who you smile to or speak nicely to when you’re face is the first thing someone sees as they walk in. Sad to see people like that representing any establishment.

An Impressive spacious building but the front of house needs to work on their customer service skills. I entered today to inquire about the hire of some potential office space. I was met with a bold and brash attitude from the receptionist, upon me questioning I was rudely told to "read the sign" and "can't you read the sign? call the number" when I asked about the sizes and facilities of their office space. Quite disappointing really as the woman didn't even greet me, express any interest, make eye contact or even offer any further help. This is not the type of front house service I would want my visiting clients to experience. It was totally and utterly unacceptable, I hope they turn it around.
