    I've shot many wedding here, the staff are always polite and kind to the wedding couple and photographers, especially during covid when movement was restricted. The registration room is beautiful for a municipal building, thought has gone into the decor and most importantly the light is stunning. Parking can be an issue, but the office is a short walk to Forbury Gardens where family portraits can be taken.

    I recently photographed a wedding here and was impressed by how beautiful the new registry is. Being in the historic Reading Museum building adds to the charm and there is a lovely balance of old and new within the ceremony rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there was a well organised system allowing different wedding parties to enter and exit the building without passing one another. I look forward to my next wedding here.
