  I’ll start saying that doctor de Silva might be a good guy and probably a good plastic surgeon but not a great one for a nose job. Especially when he had the chance to do it twice. It started 7 years ago when I payed 6000£ for my first rhinoplasty at his clinic, which made my nose looking horrible but he said that he can’t make it better. Last year I decided to leave a negative review in here as my anxiety went higher over the last years and eventually he called me to see if he can do something about it. He did that but after I paid 2000£ for anaesthesia and other things, not for rhinoplasty and septoplasty to be fair. For myself it is a small improvement but none of my friends neither my family didn’t notice any change as none knows about. The tip looks even wider but the real problem for me is that the bridge of the nose it’s still so big and bent on both sides. So I don’t get it how he still couldn’t fix that. I don’t usually leave such reviews but when people comes to you it means that they’re looking for a change. If you’re not sure that you can do a good job just please don’t take the chance to practice on people faces and tell them to go somewhere else. I know that sometimes things go wrong with plastic surgeries and I never expected to have a perfect nose but when you have 2 chances to fix something but fail that means you’re not good at it. That’s harsh I know but try being in my place Later edit: I bet that your aim is to make sure people are happy with the result, I have seen it in your eyes when you saw me after the surgery. I didn’t say that you don’t want to do your best, all I said is that you’re not good at. excluding 8000 £ that I payed to you, I did expect to make a bigger change to my nose. Surely it would have been much better to choose someone else to do it. That’s all

  Having Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. De Silva gives you the benefit of years of experience, qualifications not only in the U.K. but also the U.S. and yet you don’t lose the gentle bedside manner from this doctor. From our first meeting, Dr. De Silva won me over because he gave me the time to obtain answers and explanations to all my questions in kind details, as many times as I needed! He understands that this is a huge decision and therefore doesn’t treat it like it’s just an appointment but a thorough consultation. This wonderful experience transcended from our first meeting through the surgery and beyond. I’m not sure how his team does it but they respond to emails with incredible speed, where you feel completely supported. The results are fabulous and my only regret is not having done this earlier for fear of pain or making a change to my face. It was surprisingly painless and my recovery so quick! I’m happy to have found a surgeon that I can build a relationship for the future if needed. I’m so grateful for the improvements you’ve created.

  I found Dr de Silva in my search for a surgeon with the requisite knowledge and skills to correct a cosmetic mistake made in my youth; and having been told that it would be a risky procedure with unpredictable results. Upon deciding to proceed, I found the whole process to be informative and well-managed from start to finish, from beneficial pre-operative steps to the all-important follow-up care. And throughout, I was always made to feel comfortable and valued by the surgery's efficient and caring staff. I'm very pleased with the final results of my procedure and I have Dr de Silva to thank.

  I would never go to anyone else. I had a lot done on my upper eyes and brow- it looks amazing. I wish I had now been brave enough to do my neck- but next year.............. Mr de Siva is just the best. Ellie and Josie were awesome at looking after me. I was super nervous but I shouldn't have been - they are all so brilliant and the "twilight" was incredible- DO IT!!

  I had rhinoplasty done, Julian Da Silva completely ruined my nose. I went to a different surgery to correct the results, he told me during the first surgery Julian de Silva had broken my nose incorrectly in 4 places. It has never been the same since and the results make me very conscience. This is just my own experience, but if I knew what I know now, I’d have never gone with Julian De Silva.
