    Had an issue with the battery on the phone I first received. The battery was replaced and seemed to be working- for a few days. The phone then kept turning continuously on and off even though it had full charge. I then got in contact with the seller again- who gave me a replacement phone. The replacement phone arrived and then had the SAME issue. They didn't accept fault for the issue, saying they do 'extensive' testing- despite the fact I had received three replacement phones with the same ongoing issue. I didn't receive an apology or an attempt to make up for the quality fo the service provided by them. Overall- very unhappy and had to request a refund. Poor service.

    EDIT: After further inspection there are a few issues with the refurbished phone I got: Ghost-clicks and scrolls Screen burn-in visible after switching to a dark background. They might be using cheap, non-Apple verified screen replacements. Leaving my old review content for transparency =====Old review starts below===== Bought a refurbished iPhone X on Amazon from them, the price was the most competitive on the marketplace and I guessed I must be giving up some of the refurbish quality. BOY was I wrong. The phone came in a practically pristine condition, back glass, screen and the silver sides were free of any micro abrasions, making it look pristine! They included a wrong wire for my charger (USB-C to Lightning Connector, rather than USB-A to Lightning-Connector) but I had a compatible power brick at home so it's not a biggie. The battery health is great! Not perfect, but still great (86% health) - In the end I got a genuine iPhone X at a perfect price with FaceID and every other feature working as supposed. The support is quick and friendly - Those lads do a great job at what they do :)
