This address leads to "Burlington car park" and the online pictures are just not what it looks like, it is MORE secure than the pictures show. Parking doesn't come more secure than this, Your parking ticket is your access to the car park and it has about 6 underground floors. After reading all the nasty reviews about car parks in London, people's cars being smashed in, smelly and dodgy car parks, car parks where you book AND pay only to be turned away upon arrival, exit/entry barriers not opening upon arrival etc. I did my homework and stored a few well recommended car parks in my SAT NAV, and set them as stop overs, I decided not to book in advance for obvious reasons, I saw some reserved parking spaces in the car park, and these were clearly marked BUT I don't know how this would work and if these were clear advance bookings or for permanent residents. my guess is this fills up real quick, I got there just before 11 am and there were plenty of spaces. PS. It is not cheap at £9.50 per Hr. but I would rather pay this, than pay less elsewhere to come back to a car with the back window smashed in and besides, this is Central London.

Not particularly helpful - doesn’t say you need to reserve online so make sure you do otherwise you won’t get a space. We turned up on a random Monday at 11am and car park was full! A rude attendant of the Cavendish said to us “well it’s full” almost talking down to us and then he walked off - I asked him sorry where else can we park? He said he didn’t know as he is new here. This attitude is not nice when driving in central London can be stressful as it is especially with a small baby. Extremely unhelpful and quite frankly rude. Luckily a friendly attendant then helped us and signposted me to another couple of nearby car parks.
