Had a business meeting here and Joe the doorman had excellent manners and he's very attentive. Asked to make sure I was okay while waiting for my taxi and even helped direct my taxi over for me without me requesting help. I usually go to the Savoy but I'll be sure to come here too after that pleasant experience! It's the little interactions that mean a lot after a long day.
