Our cats really dislike going into a cattery as they like their freedom so we decided to use the Cat Butler, Greg. Greg initially popped round for a chat and told me about all the services he provides for an incredibly reasonable charge. These services include not just feeding and playing with the cats but also taking rubbish out for bin men, watering plants, checking security around the house, pulling curtains closed, turning on lights and sending a daily video of the cats😀 He even wanted to know where cleaning materials and hoover were kept just in case! Highly recommend using this service for peace of mind not only about leaving your home empty but mostly knowing the cats were happy. Thanks Greg x

Gregory did a fantastic job as usual looking after our cat Coco for a few days. Great communications each day with a short video to give comfort that all is well. Gregory also helped out with other tasks to ensure house was secure, bins taken out, plants watered. Would highly recommend his service.

We were quite anxious about leaving Alfie for the first time since we had got him, but we didn't need to worry! As soon as we landed we were able to see Greg had been to visit him and could watch the video. And then every day we were away we got videos and could see how happy Alfie was being at home, and the great bond he was developing with Greg. We felt so reassured, and could enjoy our holiday knowing Alfie was safe, relaxed and happy at home. Greg was so attentive, and even sorted our post and put our bins out while we were away!

I was really nervous about leaving our 6 month old kittens for the first time but Gregory made us feel so reassured when we met him in advance. His daily video updates were also really reassuring. We were extremely impressed with the service Gregory provided and appreciated how much he seemed to enjoy being with our cats. He made time to play with them at every visit and we could see from the videos that they felt very comfortable and safe with him. He didn’t just take care of all their basic needs but took time to make them feel safe and happy. We will definitely use the service again when we need to and have no hesitation in recommending The Cat Butler Bromley to others.

Absolutely outstanding! - the professionalism and organisation yet so friendly and relaxed! - clearly nuts about cats - and when doing the visit before the first booking was so genuinely interested in my 3 and their personalities - throughout the whole time and stay: brilliant at staying in touch, very responsive and super helpful re the odd question about finding something in the house - since I had met them beforehand, I trusted them in my house and with the fur babies but actually felt really reassured daily on both the cats and generally ensuring all was ok - have already booked them again and will continue doing so!! For the care, services and communication- in all the time I have put my cats into boarding or had home visits - by far this is the best care I have had for them and very reasonably priced!!!

We receive regular video updates via WhatsApp when we're away, and online booking/payments mean everything is so easy to arrange.
