don't recommend this place, better to go to walking centre. Example: I needed to see specialist, the only way to get into one I would like is to be referred by them , so I phoned them on Monday and I told that I got some pictures and I know that if the doctor will see them we'll send me straight to the hospital, Answer: Next available doctor will be on Friday 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑

Doctors are all good apart from the odd one or two. There are a couple of doctors who I try and avoid as they have no bedside manner, it must run in the family with the one. I think I would have preferred to be a patient of Harold Shipman than these lot of jokers. Doctors never follow up with what they have said they plan to do in regards to hospital referrals. A proper diagnosis can never be made without actually seeing a patient in the flesh in my opinion, but these so called professionals appear to know better. The receptionists are rude and ask what the problem is but I always tell them something else as I think it is none of their business, they are extremely unhelpful and think they are medics themselves. They need to remember their place as meer pen pushers. You can never get through on the telephone and it is a nightmare. The nurses are lovely and know how to deal with people. The receptionists could learn a thing or two from them. If all the dead wood was burnt and fresh new faces were put on reception it would be a decent surgery.
