    I didn’t have time to try an item on when purchasing and it ended up being too big for me so I carried it for 45 minutes this morning to be rudely told by an elderly lady on the desk ‘Well the sign has been there for a long time.’ Nobody had told me when purchasing that they don’t accept refunds of even an exchange! The woman actually took it off me when I said I wanted to return it but then as I handed the receipt said she couldn’t do anything for me? Very disappointing visit to this shop, we wouldn’t go again.
